Rhea has over a decade of experience in the data center and infrastructure industry with a real estate development background. She has worked for several of the largest DC developers in the world including Digital Realty, NTT and Compass as a Vice President. She also sat on the buy side for Oracle focusing on new and existing public region growth in EMEA. As Co-Chair of the Americas for iMWomen she is passionate about driving more opportunity in our industry. Rhea is currently Co-Founder and CCO of E3, an innovative master development firm specializing in power self-generation for data centers and sustainable economic growth to communities.

Mark Kuemerle
Mark Kuemerle is Vice President, Technology, Custom Cloud Solutions at Marvell. In this role, Mark is responsible for defining leading-edge ASIC offerings, drives product competitiveness, and architects system-level solutions. Before joining Marvell, Mark was a Fellow in Integrated Systems Architecture at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and has held multiple engineering positions at IBM.
He has authored numerous articles on die-to-die connectivity and multichip systems and holds several patents related to low-power technologies and package integration. Mark earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Taymur Ahmad
Taymur Ahmad is the Founder and CEO of actnano Inc. Prior to founding actnano, Mr. Ahmad had 18 years of manufacturing management experience with Fortune 50 companies such as Alcoa and Philips Electronics. Among other accolades, in 2010 he was awarded the "Visionary of the Year" award by Surface Mount Technology magazine. Mr. Ahmad's success stories have been featured in various magazines and newspapers including USA Today. Dell's Center for Entrepreneurs picked Mr. Ahmad to be one of the top 50 CEO's in the world. He is a member of the Dell founders 50 club and the Philips Alumni Club. Mr. Ahmad speaks 5 languages, and has lived in Europe and Asia. He earned his MBA from Business School Lausanne in Switzerland, and his Engineering degree from the University of Iowa.

Badarinath Kommandur
Badari has played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of Advanced CPU design, Low Power Graphics, and Client SoC designs at Intel Corporation, contributing to over 10 generations of cutting-edge technology. His most recent role as a Senior Principal Engineer on the Meteor Lake Client SoC design team underscores his commitment to pushing the boundaries of design methodology, efficiency, and PPA optimization.
He has also completed the System Design & Management Fellows program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A proud graduate of Arizona State University with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Badari's focus was on VLSI design and Computer Architecture. Beyond his technical focus, Badari has made significant impacts in Intel Capital and Intel Labs, spearheading efforts in New Business Incubation and contributing to long-range research definition and commercialization.
Badari is currently a Fellow in Cadence Design Systems and leads the Physical Design CAD and TFM teams developing best in class IP's and Chiplets in the Silicon Solutions Group. He leads teams exploring the application of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities for improving design efficiency and PPA for Cadence IP's and Chiplets in SSG.
