Will Ajayi is the Head of Wellbeing at Netflix, where he leads initiatives to sustain wellbeing in high-performing environments. He previously held roles at Google as an Organizational Well-Being Consultant and Positive Psychology Program Manager, and at YouTube as a Mental Health Specialist, where he supported teams exposed to sensitive content and partnered with executive leadership to embed resilience and wellbeing into the culture. Before entering the tech industry, Will worked across healthcare at the VA, in private practice, and within the criminal justice system at the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Originally from Nigeria and raised in Cleveland, OH, he earned his Ph.D. in Psychological and Forensic Assessment from Kent State University. A Clinical Psychologist by training, Will has devoted much of his career to reimagining the experience of seeking and receiving mental health services—shaping it into a stigma-free, open, and fulfilling journey.

Samir Zetun is the VP of Fitness Partners at Wellhub and a primary architect of the company’s global wellness ecosystem. An engineer by training with a foundational career in Corporate Banking, Samir bridges financial with hyper-growth strategy. Over his decade-long tenure with the company, he successfully scaled supply-side solutions and partnership infrastructure across 18 international markets, including Latin America and Europe. Currently based in the U.S., he oversees the strategic expansion of the American partner network and leads global digital app partnerships.
